When you order, we collect your name, phone number, address and city. Email is optional. We also receive your order details and the information you provide in our communications.
Purposes and recipients
These details are used to confirm and prepare your order, arrange delivery and handle enquiries or complaints. Recipients are RACH-PC SARL and the carrier for information needed for delivery. Sending an order through WhatsApp also uses the WhatsApp service, which is subject to its own privacy policy.
Retention period
